Terms and Conditions

You agree to receive SMS or WhatsApp messages from headshot.social — messages will be of notification type and you can opt-out by replying STOP to the message. By replying “YES” to our welcome message, you consent to receive promotional text messages from us.

Messages will vary in frequency, typically 2–5 per month, with increases if your profile is popular and many want to collab.

Standard message and data rates may apply as per your mobile carrier’s plan. Headshot Social does not charge for the SMS service, but you are responsible for any carrier fees.

Headshot Social and its parent company is not responsible for delays, undelivered messages, or carrier-related issues.

We agree to provide you with the Headshot.social Service. The Service includes the Headshot.social products, features, applications, services, technologies, and software we provide so actors and models can create and share a simple one-page folio. Today that centers on account access, folio editing, public /{slug} pages, and share tools. The Service is made up of the following aspects:

Accounts and sign-in. You access the Service with an email magic link or with email + password (sign-in and create account). There is no Google (or other third-party) sign-in on the Service today. You are responsible for keeping access to your email inbox (and password, if you set one) secure.

Offering a personalized folio to create, publish, and share. You can build a one-page headshot folio, choose a slug, publish a public page at /{slug}, and share that URL by copy link, device share, email, or link-in-bio on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Optional social fields include Instagram, TikTok, IMDb, Instagram Reel, and YouTube video links.

Fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe environment. We develop and use tools and offer resources to our community members that help to make their experiences positive and inclusive. We also have teams and systems that work to combat abuse and violations of our Terms and policies. Report problems via Report a Violation or the contact email listed on the site.

Developing and using technologies that help us consistently serve our growing community. Organizing and analyzing information for our growing community is central to our Service. Automated technologies also help us ensure the functionality and integrity of our Service.

Providing consistent and seamless experiences across other Skylights Connect Company Products. Headshot.social is part of the Skylights Connect Companies, which share technology, systems, insights, and information in order to provide services that are better, safer, and more secure.

Ensuring access to our Service. To operate our global Service, we must store and transfer data across our systems around the world, including outside of your country of residence.

Billing and marketplace features. Publishing a folio is free today. Paid Premium subscriptions, Stripe checkout, and on-platform casting-call posting or talent-marketplace payments are not offered yet. If we introduce paid features later, additional terms will explain pricing, cancellation, and refunds before you are charged.

Your content. You retain rights to the photos and text you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and share that content as needed to operate the Service (including showing your public folio when published). You must only upload material you have the right to use, and you must not impersonate others or post abusive, illegal, or infringing content.
